Where is the house?

We are in the heart of Kill Devils Hills off Baum St in a quiet neighborhood full of locals.

Easy walks to the beach, Slice Pizza, Three Tequilas Mexican, Scoops Ice Cream, Kill Devils, Captain Georges, Outer Banks Brewing Company, and Parrot Bay. We are an easy walk to the Wright Memorial, and also the parks near First Flight Schools and government buildings.

How many does it sleep?

Our house has 3 queen beds and 2 bunk beds, and one trundle. We sleep 11 comfortably.

Do you allow dogs?

Shamaybe? We will consider dogs on a case by case basis. If you are allergic to dogs know we have dogs. Don’t bring a dog without permission please.

Is your house baby proof?

Not in the slightest, we have open stairs, easy access to cleaning supplies, and no outlet covers.

Do you have Alexa?

Yes and you are welcome to unplug them.

Do you have camera’s?

Outside there are three Ring camera’s, one that covers the driveway, one that covers the back yard, and one that covers the shed. There are no indoor security camera’s, but there are some on the Alexa’s that you are welcome to unplug or cover.

House Rules

• Treat our house as you would treat your house (or better). You are responsible for the house, it’s contents, the people you invite, any animals, and everything else in-between

• No “parties”

• No groups under 25

• No more than12 people staying in the house, we only sleep 11

• No smoking or vaping inside the house

• No fires outside the fire pit, do not use the fire pit or the grill under the house

• All guests must use the outdoor shower or hose to remove sand before entering the house

• Don’t move the furniture, bedding, etc

• Don’t rewire our TV’s or workstations

• If you break something, please let us know. Accidents happen but we find people do more damage when they try to fix something

• We are on septic, only flush TP. All food scrips to go into the trash not down the disposal

• If you use the last of X, buy more X. Also don’t cheap out on us, we buy Heinz ketchup so don’t be a Huntz guy or gal :)

What’s off limits?

• Surfboards (not the boggie boards)

• Any tools / guarden supplies

• The shed and its contents
