We have a different approach to renting, so let’s tell you a bit about our house and philosophy.

First we only rent to friends and friends of friends, think 3 degrees of Kevin Bacon. We find if you know who’s renting, and they know you, there is less drama and people treat our things like their things. As such there are no hidden fee’s and we keep our costs low. Think of this as more of a co-op - no linen fees, and feel free to use our spices, condiments, dishwasher, and TP. If you use the last of it, well then you're on the hook to restock :)

Our house is a modern costal house built in 2021, 4 beds, 3 baths, and 2000+ SF. We have a large backyard great for activities, fire pits, and kids. We are a 20 minute walk to the beach, but we typically drive to one of the free lots and park. We have the usual fun stuff, sand toys, boogie boards, fishing poles, and a grill. All of our bedrooms have at least a 40”+ 4K TV with streaming, and our family room and bunk room have 70'“+ 4K TVs.

If you need to work while you play we have several desks and two of them are setup with large monitors for remote work. We have high speed internet and wifi that extends into the back yard.

The house has a EV charger, J1772 plug on a 60A circuit. If you need the Tesla style plug please bring one go your own.

We have a fire pit, several outdoor seating areas, and an outdoor bar and TV. We have 4 scooters, and sometimes a bike or two. A outdoor shower makes washing off the ocean easy.

Our kitchen has a coffee bar with drink fridge, and we have a full side second fridge in the garage.

We are easily walkable to both shopping and restaurants.
